Beverlywood Ground-Up Renovation

This Beverlywood home needed to come down to the studs. We started by clearing it out completely — gutting the place and hauling out years of trash — then rebuilt it essentially as new construction, with new foundation footings and a full re-frame, including new stairs.

We reconfigured the layout into 4 bedrooms plus a small office and 2.5 bathrooms. In the kitchen, we installed white oak shaker cabinets with Taj Mahal counters. The bathrooms got Zia and Moroccan tile. Rough and finish electrical and plumbing, insulation, and drywall went in throughout, along with a mini-split AC system and a full stucco tear-off and re-application.

The finished home is 2,200 square feet — a complete rebuild from a gutted shell into a livable, finished house with real character in the finishes.
